1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to process your return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and any paperwork that came with it. Please include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the Item: Once you have the RMA number, ship the item to the address we provide. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping charges.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Please note that refunds or exchanges may take 5-10 business days to be processed after receiving the returned product.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund or replacement, along with instructions for returning the defective product. 6. Restocking Fees

In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns. This fee is deducted from your refund and covers the cost of processing the return and inspecting the product.
